CMS 10K – Structural Cementitious Liner
CMS 10K restores and strengthens deteriorated concrete and masonry structures by stopping infiltration, exfiltration, and structural degradation. This portland cement–based mortar forms a seamless, monolithic liner ideal for manholes, tunnels, tanks, and wastewater structures with a pH of 3.0 or higher. Applied by spray or trowel, CMS 10K creates a durable, watertight barrier that extends infrastructure life and reduces maintenance needs.
SG Mastic – Epoxy Protective Coating
SG Mastic is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy system designed to protect sanitary manholes, wet wells, and vaults from hydrogen sulfide corrosion. With exceptional bonding strength, chemical resistance, and low odor, it forms a tough, seamless coating over CMS 10K or other substrates. Its moisture-insensitive formula cures quickly even in humid environments, creating a long-lasting, non-structural seal that prevents gas attack and extends service life.
Ring Seal – Elastomeric Chimney and Structure Coating
Rainstopper Ring Seal is a high-performance urethane elastomer that forms a flexible, abrasion-resistant rubber barrier on concrete, steel, and wood surfaces. Engineered to withstand impact, UV exposure, and corrosive gases, it delivers long-term protection against hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, and microbiologically induced corrosion. Ring Seal meets ANSI 61 standards for potable water service and is ideal for wastewater and stormwater applications.
